Joshua is a licensed State of Arkansas Real Estate Principal Broker. Additionally, Joshua holds a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in technology & project management fields. Joshua also holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.  In addition to his degrees, Joshua also holds many certifications and continuing education credits in the fields of Information Technology, Program Management, & Real Estate. Joshua graduated from Southside High School – Arkansas.

 

Career

Joshua is a 20+ year Total Quality business professional. The early part of his career began in Retail with Van Atkins & Dillard’s working as a department lead and was even privileged enough to participate as a Buyer too. Joshua also held technology driven positions focused upon Computer Networking and Network Infrastructure during the late 90’s and early 2000’s.  The bulk of Joshua’s career was spent having held leadership positions with top Aerospace firms such as Lockheed Martin and Dassault Falcon Jet in the field of Program Management working with amazing simulators & aircraft such as the C-130 E, H2, & H3 models as well as the Falcon 2000, 900, 7X and 8X. Joshua’s most recent experience continues a progressive growth in the real estate field as the Owner & Principal Broker of Venture Realty Group. During this tenure as a Real Estate Broker Josh has been awarded area Board of REALTOR®️ awards of Gold (2015), Silver (2016), Platinum (2017), and the Diamond (2018) as well as having been spotlighted by Real Producer Magazine as the November 2018 Broker Owner. In (2019) Josh repeated the Diamond Level achievement and most recently (2020) earned the prestigious Double Diamond Level with over $16+ Million in Closed Sales!

 

Life & Family

Joshua was born in Searcy, AR and raised in the Batesville & Southside communities, graduating from Southside High School as Senior Class President. Joshua next attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro where he graduated and served as a proud member of Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity holding offices of Vice-President and President. Joshua is married to Maranda Cole who is a 15+ year teacher with the Arkansas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired and has two children Brody and Peyton.  Joshua & his family attend New Life Church in Cabot.  Joshua enjoys Cooking with his grills, watching his Arkansas State Red Wolves sports, riding his motorcycle, time on the lake, hiking, and camping with his family in their RV.
